ADE Professional Solutions conducts independent audits. We provide the following services:

Audit of financial and accounting statements:
- financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- accounting (financial) statements prepared in accordance with Russian Accounting Standards (RAS);
- financial statements prepared according to accounting and reporting standards adopted in other countries (e.g. German GAAP (HB II) or US GAAP).
- Review of financial statements, including requirements of Law №208-FL «On Consolidated Statements»
- Audit of financial information for group auditor (inter-office reporting)
- Agreed procedures and other special audit engagements, including conducting inventories, etc.
- Entry of organizations into the unified register of SMSB in accordance with Federal Law № 209-FL «On the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Russian Federation»
- Audit of financial statements of a CFC (controlled foreign company)

We have accumulated extensive experience of working with a «group auditor». As a rule, «the Big Four» companies act as the «group auditor».
